daily without a wash cloth for dry skin and followed up with GLOW-ALL-THE-WAY for added moisture. For normal skin use a wash cloth if desired, can be altered with RUB-ME-RIGHT for periodic exfoliation. Keep away from running water and use a soap saver to extend the life of your soap.
