use:
Dampen skin before showering. Apply a handful to desired areas and gently massage skin for a minute or less in circular motions to remove dry, dull cells. Additional water may be added as desired to create a creamy lather. Rinse with tepid water followed by a few splashes of cool water and pat dry with a soft towel. Use once or twice a week as needed.
