use:
Shake Well, use 1-2 times per week, allowing a minimum of three days in between treatments. Dampen skin with warm water. Avoiding the eye area - slowly and gently massage approximately a quarter-sized amount into skin in a circular motion for 1-3 minutes, rinse well with luke warm water then a few splashes of cool water - finish up with BREAK-FREE.
