Delivery for items that are in stock take approximately 1-2 business days from the day it leaves our warehouse. All shipping is done via UPS® & USPS®. PO box shipments can only be delivered by USPS®. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. In most cases, your order will arrive in well under this time frame. We currently ship within the United States only. Please contact us by phone or email if you reside outside of the U.S. and would like to order.

Actual cost of shipping UPS® Ground, 3 Day, or 2 Day is calculated from our warehouse in Miami (Florida). However, for international shipments packages may be delivered by an alternate carrier. For more information, please call Customer Service at 1.877. 926.8101

All orders from organics101.com are processed between 9am and 5pm (EST) Monday- Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours. Our items are shipped via UPS and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information after the product has left our warehouse. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. We do not ship on holidays. A physical address is required for shipping and all orders of $200.00 or more will be shipped "Signature Required".




We also provide low flat-rate shipping with USPS® Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. Due to USPS® specifications this service can only be provided for small packages. Delivery is made in an average of 2 to 3 days for a flate rate of $7.70 to any address in the United States, including PO Boxes and military addresses. Saturday and residential deliveries are made at no extra cost. You will receive a confirmation email from organics101 with the tracking information after the product has left our warehouse.

INT'L SHIPPING

ORDER TRACKING
When you place an order with Organics 101®, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will then process orders within 24-48 hrs., Monday- Friday, in the order in which they are received. Please use the map below to calculate the estimated time in transit the processing and shipping of your order will take once UPS receives your package:

You may request express shipping for an additional charge. See shipping methods and rates above. Shipment tracking is a service provided by UPS®. They assigns a unique tracking code to your package once it has actually left our distribution warehouse and enters their system. Organics 101® is given access to these tracking codes by the carrier once a package is in route. Until the carrier assigns these tracking codes, Organics 101® cannot provide you access to tracking codes. If you want to check the status of your order go to: http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US and enter the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Please note: UPS® does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.

DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, and is due to shipping negligence, you must contact Customer Service at 1.877. 926.8101 within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, we ask that all packaging for an item be returned with the it such as the box, packing materials and the damaged goods for inspection by the carrier. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item(s) immediately or refund your original purchase price. Please allow two to four weeks from the day you return your package for your merchandise credit to be issued, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Organics 101® stands behind its service, its products and its customers. If any of our products are not everything you hoped they would be you may return the unused portion with your purchase receipt to the original point of purchase and request an exchange or an immediate refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Organics 101® wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return phone or web orders for a replacement, exchange or credit please contact Customer Service at 1.877. 926.8101 or e-mail your request to service@organics101.com, within 30 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a return merchandise authorization number.

Due to inventory freshness we are unable to accept used skin and bodycare products after that period.

Organics101.com will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a receipt and return merchandise authorization number. Send the package with a copy of your receipt and the following information:

Please be sure when you are returning a product that you have a way of tracking it should it be lost. It is recommended to ship by U.P.S. or insured Parcel Post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Please allow two to four weeks from the day you return your package for your merchandise credit to be issued, shipping and handling fees are not refundable and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
