Back ordered items will be sent as soon as possible
after your original order is sent. Your order confirmation will notify you of
the item(s) that are temporarily out of stock and the expected ship date. All
backorders are shipped to you with no additional shipping charges. Please be
assured that you will not be charged for any backordered item(s) until they have
shipped our warehouse. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item,

but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as

Anticipated shipment time (i.e. "Available for shipping in mid-September") is
indicated on the site adjacent to product information. Please note: The actual
